Ty Cresap is the founder and lead investigator of Cresap Investigations, LLC, a premier private investigation firm based in Monterey, California. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Ty brings an unparalleled wealth of experience, dedication, and expertise to every case he handles.
Professional Background
Ty Cresap’s investigative career began with twenty-two years of active duty in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). During his tenure, he conducted investigations of felony crimes involving violations of military, federal, and state statutes. His extensive casework included murder, rape, aggravated assault, the use and distribution of illegal drugs, fraud, official misconduct, corruption, and counterintelligence matters. Ty’s role also involved analyzing criminal and threat intelligence, providing strategic advice on appropriate actions.
